You can earn your own Wikipedia entry by killing a man in Reno, just to watch him die. According to Bison, for every person you kill, you earn a paragraph on Wikipedia.
Also, if you happen to have news articles and such written about you by a third person source, you are more likely to get a wikipedia entry written about you.

2.) the stock market crash on said Tuesday was caused by a glitch in the software system used by the stock market. It stopped updating, so all the numbers were the same and then later it had to catch up and the stock market went like "wtf, mate?"
