Artificial Intelligence is referred to as being the science of making and engineering intelligent machines. Research in AI is concerned with producing machines to automate tasks requiring intelligent behavior. The history of A.I starts with Alan Turing unveiling his Turing Test, which is proposed to test a machines capability to have a human like conversation and demonstrate thought. One of the most famous A.I machines is the Deep Blue chess machine. Now we have things like AIBO, the robo dog, and even more annoying - The Sims!
The future of A.I includes 40 more expansion packs for The Sims. (Maybe even Sims: AI! Robot sims everywhere!) The future of Artificial Intelligence may turn into I, Robot. But there is a demand for using A.I for security purposes even since the 9/11 attacks.
